COGS the Club

Chesterfield Open Gaming Society has been open to all Gamers whether beginner or veteran since December 1996.

(From January 9th 2012) The General club meets every Monday (except Bank Holidays) in the main hall of The Parish Centre, Stonegravels, 91, Sheffield Road, Chesterfield, S41 7JH. The entrance is by the red marker in the map below.

Opening Times are from 7pm to 10pm.

In addition we host an Adult night (16+) on the 2nd and 4th Wednesday of each month in the chapel behind the parish centre. The entrance is by the blue marker in the map below.

Games played vary considerably

There is as would be expected from a GCN member, a strong Games Workshop presence, particularly with the Warhammer 40K and Lord of the Rings games.

Flames of War is also a popular game in the club and on both days, there are usually spare seats for board-games.
